251 m²
2 Bathrooms

When I first saw this space my eyes lit up. Because, although I love our office, I thought about what it would be like to be able to come work here. It is a huge place with enough space to let your imagination fly and build a most beautiful and pleasant space. Also, super close to the sea, which is always a good excuse to take a walk after work and relax listening to the sound of the waves.

This 251m² space is brand new and is a first floor (mezzanine). It is distributed in seven spaces (two of them open and large), kitchenette, a bathroom, a triple toilet with two sinks, balconies and an 8m² patio. In addition, it also has four hot/cold pumps and double-glazed windows. There are two direct elevators to the office. The building is from 2023 and is now available.

You will love it!
