Our history

Tessa and Román, motivated by the bad praxis in the real estate business, decided to join forces and create a different agency, with ideas that would revolutionize the way of commercialising properties.

The dissemination of the project started in a Facebook group called “Home Hunting” where properties were commercialised in record time and that allowed the brand to become well known in the sector.

We start in our first shared office, where we start building a team with young people, with many ideas and energy to get the project off the ground.

We include a new service for our clients, Home Staging, an infallible tool that, through decoration, allows the clients to imagine themselves on a space. This speeds up even more the process of selling.

From our ability of dignifying and show all the strengths of each space, the first Architecture, Interior Design and Decoration projects appear. The demand grows so much, it propels the birth of our studio Somos Nido.

With the growing volume of deals, the agency opts for structuring itself in departments and growing the team, allowing to build a solid and professional base to keep growing.

The Home Hunter becomes visible off-line with the opening of its first office in Madrid. Something that comes accompanied by a growing of the team and the incorporation of a new general manager for both offices.

We work with more visibility, getting well-known in new strategic areas like Empordà and Andorra, and bringing our principal office in Barcelona at street level.
