I would like to stay in each of the houses that we have been showing you these days. On this occasion, we are going to Rupià, a very attractive town about 20 minutes by car from the coast. I thought this house was wonderful, it has a lot of charm, all the rooms have something special. And an extra surprise, an underground winery where I can already imagine spending the afternoon with friends between glasses of wine and laughter.
This beautiful house in Rupià has 342m² and has four floors, which are divided into a 27m² basement with a wine cellar and bar. On the 123m² first floor there are two living rooms, a toilet, fireplace, kitchen and exit to the patio. On the 96m² second floor there are two en-suite bedrooms with a dressing room, a single bedroom and a full bathroom. Finally, on the third floor of 96m² there is a double bedroom, another kitchen, a full bathroom and a dressing room. The house includes a parking space.
