Mare de Déu de Montserrat / Sitges
Sitges reminds me of my childhood. Beach days, skating or going for a ride with a bike, mint ice creams... I enjoy it differently now, with kids, but it's still wonderful. Calm and quiet, but also a lot of life nearby, so many things to do and beautiful beaches to spend the whole day. Right now the exterior is being finished, so imagine how amazing it will look with a pool. You'll be able to see it fully during viewings and, in a few weeks, it will be finished.
This beautiful house done by @somosnido is in between these two worlds that Sitges offers. Close to the town, but also to the beach. It has everything (except the stress). 30 minutes away from Barcelona, Sitges allows you to relax during the summer and also every weekend. It has 220m² divided into 135m² of house (three floors) and 176m² of garden. In addition, it is one block from the beach. On the ground floor there is a separate and equipped kitchen, laundry room, toilet and living-dining room with access to the garden. On the first floor we find two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace. On the second floor, an en-suite room and terrace. It has two parking spaces and the property dates back to 1998, although it was renovated in 2024.
You'll love it!
