I remember when we had this apartment for renting, and I’m happy to see it now for sale, for all of you who are looking into something more permanent. In Sant Andreu, which is a neighbourhood that I love, because it is like living in a small town, but still in Barcelona.
The apartment is a 2nd floor of 62m² , 58m² of aaprtment and 7m² of balconies. It is super spacious and bright, all exterior, a pleasure. The living-dining room has an open kitchen on one side and a large window on the other side with access to a charming balcony. The night area has two double bedrooms, the main one with built-in wardrobes and both with access to another super bright balcony. Leaving the rooms we find a complete bathroom with a shower. It has aerothermal heating, hot/cold through duct and double glazed windows. An apartment eager to be lived in in the heart of Sant Andreu.
