With spectacular views of the Sant Antoni market, this apartment welcomed us from the beginning with its doors opened. And it all started with our friends from @somosnido, who have renovated and decorated it, transforming it into an absolutely incredible space. I don't know if we are objective, I don't really care. What I do know is that this home is overflowing with warmth, and I can't wait to show it to you.
This 125m² shared apartment is a third floor (real fourth) renovated in 2024 by Somos Nido. It has three bedrooms (two doubles), two complete bathrooms (one en suite with a bathtub), gallery, large living-dining room with spectacular views of the Sant Antoni market, open kitchen and laundry/pantry. It has double-glazed windows, pre-installation of air conditioning and gas heating by radiators. The building, from 1925, has an elevator.
