Via Laietana / Born
Although we visit a lot of apartments, I always end up being surprised. I loved the courtyard here (which is for private use) — it feels like a space where you can truly relax, a place to disconnect from everything for a while. I like that it can be accessed from different rooms, almost as if it were the heart of the home.
This 233m² apartment is located on the principal floor (first actual floor). It features a spacious living-dining room with two balconies and an internal courtyard for private use, three double bedrooms (one with a balcony and another with access to the courtyard), one single bedroom, four full bathrooms (three of them en suite), an open-plan kitchen with dining area, an entrance hall, a large lounge/study/playroom, and a separate laundry room. It comes with air conditioning, individual gas heating via radiators, double-glazed windows, built-in wardrobes, and a storage room. The building’s internal central courtyard is for private use and can be accessed from several rooms in the apartment. The building dates back to 1928 and has an elevator.
