D'en Llàstics / Born
Even having seen so many apartments, I continue to surprise myself. Like with this new construction estate from 2018 in El Born, an area that I love because it is super modern. It hid this duplex with a 40m² terrace (yes, yes, 40) and a wonderful interior. With those windows in the different rooms that let in beautiful light... Can I stay and live here?
In this new construction property from 2018 there are two units available on the third floor. This specifically is a duplex (third and fourth floor plus terrace) of 98m² shared. On the first floor, of 35m², there are two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the second floor, of 39m², we find the open and equipped kitchen, the living room with two balconies and a dining area. The third floor is the private terrace of 40m². The apartment has central heating and air conditioning, an elevator with direct access to the house, double glazed windows and built-in wardrobes.
You will love it!
