Creu Coberta / Sants
It is great to see renovated apartments because you realize all the small details that have been carefully thought out when doing the renovation. Because even if the apartment is empty, behind it there are hours and hours of thinking, drawing, undoing... Hours of racking your brain trying to get results this beautiful, with light and a lot of personality.
This 52m² nest in Sants is a recently renovated main floor (in 2024, it will be brand new). It has two bedrooms (one double and the other single but large), built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom (and with a double sink, which I love), living-dining room and open kitchen with a balcony facing the street. It has double glazed windows, air conditioning and individual heating. It is a royal building, from 1936, and it does not have an elevator. It has a community terrace.
You will love it!
