Ermengarda / Sants
I loved this apartment. It has a super modern air and at the same time that "caliu" that we like so much. I love a flat that can be several things: it can be a refuge, it can be the setting for a dinner with friends, it can be part of a few drinks before going out on a Saturday and an afternoon of games on a Sunday. Because, just like people, homes adapt. And in this nest I don't think I would have any problem adapting to it.
This apartment is a ground floor renovated in 2020, with 76m² divided into 68m² of floor and 15m² of terrace. It has two bedrooms (one double), two full bathrooms (one en suite), large living room and open kitchen. The windows are double glazed, there is central heating and air conditioning. The building dates back to 1930 and does not have an elevator.
You will love it!
