Colera/Alt Empordà
We went up to Alt Empordà because I needed to see this house in person no matter what. Wonderful! It is an incredible space, with a large garden and pool that are the preamble to everything that comes later. Once you enter, you don't want to leave. It is very easy to imagine yourself in such a magnificent house, going down to have breakfast on the terrace, going through the gym and sauna, choosing a good wine in the cellar and meeting to eat at the table with your loved ones. I can't think of a better plan. It is a house to make dreams come true.
This house is located on a plot of 3,774m² and has 1,243m² built. There are two floors. On the ground floor there is the hall, the living room with access to the terrace and fireplace, the dining room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry room. On the upper floor, there is a hall, a meeting room with access to the terrace, a wine cellar, a gym with a sauna, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition, the house has built-in wardrobes, central heating, air conditioning, garage, swimming pool, garden and storage room.
You will love it!
