Since I saw this rental, I fell in love. The large windows, that rustic feel, the calm of the room... I think it would be an incredible home to live in, a place to enjoy all the hours of the day, a place to be and grow.
This third exterior floor has 47m² and is brand new. It has a double bedroom, built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom, living room and open kitchen. It has ducted heating and air conditioning and is delivered furnished. The building, from 1965, has an elevator.
