81 m²

I loved this renting in Madrid because it looks different, flashy. It has something, I don't know exactly what, but that you can tell just by looking at the photos. It's different, it's peculiar, it's beautiful. Plus, it has a little loft part that seemed like a place with many possibilities.

This apartment in Madrid has 81m² built and is a penthouse (3rd floor) without elevator. It is all renovated and has two double bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom, a large living-dining room with access to the balcony and views of the patio, and an integrated kitchen with appliances. It also has Velux windows with rain sensor and remote control, electric heating, air conditioning and storage room. The lighting is adjustable in different shades (intense, soft, cold and warm) and has a reinforced security door. The building dates back to 1905.

You'll love it!
