San Hermenegildo II / Conde Duque
A few weeks ago I did a quick trip to Madrid on the weekend that helped me recharge my batteries. Because it is one of those cities that pushes you to go out, to visit, to walk through its streets. I can only imagine, if on a weekend I have that burst of energy, what it would be like to be able to live there. With this apartment, which is so picturesque, one of you will be able to experience it. With exposed beams and all the essence of the old Madrid apartments, this studio in one of the coolest areas is a place to enjoy the city.
This 35m² apartment is a brand new fourth floor. It is an interior studio with windows overlooking the patio, built-in wardrobes, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room and an equipped and open kitchen. It has hot/cold air conditioning, pine floors and is delivered furnished. It faces south. The building, from 1900, has an elevator.
You'll love it!
