Pau Alsina / Gràcia
How spectacular is this 4-story house. They already gave us spoilers in the office to tell us how wonderful the house was, but seeing the photos is something else. And I can't even imagine seeing it live. Every corner is super modern, but without losing its warmth. All spaces are incredible and super colorful! I hope I can enjoy it every day.
This house in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood is spectacular. It has 4 floors and 190m² shared, of which 54m² belong to the ground floor, 12m² to the patio, 28m² to the loft, 52m² to the first floor and 54m² to the solar terrace. On the ground floor we find the open and equipped kitchen, the living-dining room, a toilet, a laundry room and the patio. On the mezzanine floor there is a large office, a full bathroom and a study with the possibility of converting it into a bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one en suite with a bathroom. Finally, the covered floor has a solarium (with the option of making a pool), solar panels and a toilet. The house, newly built in 2022, has double glazed windows, air conditioning and gas heating by radiators.
You will love it!
