San Diego / Puente de Vallecas
Living outside the M30 has its privileges and the main one is this, having a beautiful house as special as this one you are seeing. Because, furthermore, there are two homes. This building not only has the main house, which is wonderful, but also an independent apartment that is currently rented for €650.
A house that has been seen in different publications due to its original construction. The creator of this masterpiece is the CDP Arquitectos studio, and they were inspired by the "spaceage" era. It is a beautiful home: modern and different, but also very cozy. I wouldn't know how to put together all the words to describe it, it fascinates me so much that I could spend hours and hours and never get tired.
The house has 3 floors, each of 81m² and 1 basement of 20m², that is, a total of 263m². The house is accessed from the street (floor 0) and a small hall takes you to the garage or to the 2 upper floors. On the middle floor (floor 1) is where we find the night area, there are 3 double bedrooms and all of them with an en-suite bathroom, the special feature to differentiate them is the color of the bathroom. Next and following the stairs we find the upper floor (floor 2) with the day area, all open plan in which there is the living room, kitchen, 1 toilet and all of this opens onto a 28m² terrace with a pool that thanks to the sliding doors, it is almost completely integrated, creating a very pleasant inside-outside that you will not want to leave. As a detail, I was fascinated by the height of the gabled ceiling that gives a lot of height in this space, especially at the central point. Finally, and recovering the 20m² basement that we mentioned before, on the 0th floor an independent apartment is created, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and with its own access from the street (the red door) where it can be ideal for investment or an apartment of guests. Right now it's rented for 650€.
You will love it!
