I don't really know where to start with this house. The porch is a space that I am passionate about, I love the idea of taking out some potatoes and some soft drinks and making vermouth there. The pool and garden are incredible, with plenty of space to run around and to escape the summer heat. And the interior, which I think is wonderful, super modern and beautiful.
This incredible 200m² house is in Pau and has 1,272m² of land with panoramic views. It has four double bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, three full bathrooms (two en suite), large living-dining room with access to the garden, private pool, open kitchen integrated into the living-dining room, laundry room and fireplace. It has double glazed windows, hot/cold air conditioning and electric heating. The porch has space for two cars. The house was built in 1986 and renovated in 2023.
