Mas Bernat / Siurana
This home in Siurana is very special, since there are two houses on one property. The interior is magnificent, bright, with those giant arched windows and the ceilings with exposed beams. And, if that were not enough, then you go out to a wonderful, large garden. I can already imagine myself stretched out on the lounge chair, in the shade of a tree, reading my favorite book until I see the sun disappear. Getting lost in those 40,000m² of land, walking in the vineyards and among the olive trees. I only need one background song and this sounds like a movie.
This house has two properties. There are 299m² shared, separated into a main house of 225m². It has a 120m² first floor with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 en suite) and a living-dining room with fireplace. The second floor, 47m², has the independent kitchen and an annex of 46m². The attached house has 200m² and was the old barn. There is a double bedroom en suite, a bathroom, a large open plan living-dining room and an open kitchen. There are 40,000m² of land with vineyards and olive trees. There is a 433m² agricultural warehouse (artisanal use). In total there are five bedrooms (four doubles and one single), three full bathrooms (two of them en suite). There are built-in wardrobes, oil heating by radiators and underfloor heating. There is also a fenced riding arena with 6 horse boxes. The house dates back to 1930, although it was renovated in 2015.
You will love it!
