Carrer Major / Valveralla
I wish I was a time traveler so I could go to April of next year and see this finished house... But for now, we are satisfied with these renders that already give us an idea of what this home is going to be. Pure wonder, with a large terrace and spaces waiting to be filled with warm.
This new construction house has 219m², is on an 800m² plot and has a 40m² terrace. It is expected to be delivered in April 2025. It will have four exterior double bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, two complete bathrooms (one en suite), a guest toilet, a large living-dining room with access to the terrace. There is an irrigated garden with swimming pool, open kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, hot/cold air pump, lacquered aluminum exterior closures, blinds and pedestrian and vehicle access. It also has a natural iron pergola as well as parking for one car and motorcycles. You can do an appointment to visit the house.
You'll love it!
