Correr no es lo mío, nunca lo ha sido y me temo que nunca lo será, por mucho que me esfuerce y le ponga ganas es algo que tengo allí un poco cruzado, pero no hay mal que por bien no venga, pero caminar sí, todo lo que queráis, a buen ritmo, lenta, sola o acompañada y que mejor que hacerlo en el inmenso parque del Retiro, qué gusto.
El piso es una primera planta de 160 m2, totalmente reformada con excelentes acabados y a estrenar. Tiene un salón comedor muy amplio con vistas al jardín privado de la urbanización y también al parque del Retiro. Salón comedor con la cocina es abierta, muy espaciosa y está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos Miele y el piso está totalmente amueblado. Tiene 3 dormitorios, todos ellos con baño en suite y uno aseo.
