Vilajuiga / Pau
We continue through the Empordà with this wonderful house in Pau, which is a little town that I visited for the first time last week and I loved it. Although, my favorite part of the tour was getting to see this house. I couldn't decide what I liked the most... The rooms have that rustic air that we like so much, the balconies, and that terrace! When spring arrives I imagine it will be full of colors.
This house built in 1900 has 216m² and was renovated in 2011. On the ground floor, measuring 116.40m², we find an en-suite bedroom, a toilet and a large living room with access to the terrace. On the first floor, measuring 99.40m², there is an en-suite bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom, an en-suite dressing room, a large living room with access to the 20m² terrace and an open and equipped kitchen. In addition, the house has a fireplace and wood stove, a 51m² garden/land, wooden windows with double glass and a storage room.
You will love it!
